A source for experiencing the real world is, the Greek philosophers tell us, vibration. Humans live in a vibrating universe, and we can connect to the "real" world through this vibration. Pythagoras and Plato thought that when we listen to music we can once again vibrate with the whole universe, to feel it, to experience it.
Musical meditation
To do this, do this little musical meditation: For five minutes, immerse yourself in listening to a piece of string instrument music, without a voice. During the audition, close your eyes and try to experience this music in a non-rational way; don't judge her, let yourself go, try to become that music, be music.
"Happiness is sometimes a blessing, but it is usually a conquest."
Plato
Small revolutions of the readers
MIGUEL MUSICAL: «I overcome sadness and depression with music. I like listening to music that makes me feel power, strength, joy ... I really like reading poetry and singing, lyrics of beauty, of love of life, of moving on.
»I also have key words —I am excellent, I am the best teacher, etc.—, words that give me power. And I reflect at night and I thank life for what I have.
"Gratitude allows me to love what I have and give my best."
NORMA LUCÍA STALDECKER: «My little revolution every morning is to start with happy music that awakens my son and me, and helps us start the day with great joy, energy and the desire to carry out each other's activities. We are incorporating new songs that we like to this list that awakens us daily. My son is nine years old and he is passionate about music, and although we do not always share the same tastes, we try to find that common thing that motivates us ».
