Using an external object, as a "detector", to heal us, is the star component of this technique. Its simplicity and effectiveness is the luckiest discovery of my life. Whenever an image, a scene, a situation, a gesture, a color ... or anything or person that causes us discomfort, annoyance, discomfort, disgust or any other annoying sensation, we must take advantage of that moment to "press the device of the system ”and direct towards it, the transmuting energy that this action produces.
We have already mentioned before that we should be grateful for unpleasant sensations to appear, since they are the detectors of our unconscious harmful charges. Being attentive to its appearance, at first –with practice, attention will become constant without intending it– is essential because otherwise we will lose the opportunity to deactivate the emotion at that very moment and although we could recover the sensation and treat it later, the Experience has taught me that it is not usually done because it is too laborious to rescue both the image and the exact sensation and although it can be achieved, it will not have the same degree of intensity as when it is done in direct experience.
If we practice it regularly, this technique will end up becoming a daily therapy for which we need nothing more than the observation of our manifestations in the face of daily events. In this way we will be expanding our consciousness to free it from its linearity and its constriction.
When we train ourselves in observation, we can clearly see how the emotional body manages the mind, leading it to the most remote places of the subconscious where the energies it needs to maintain its hegemony reside. When we observe this domain for the first time, it seems spectacular to us: the bewildered mind goes through each of the thoughts that it was accustomed to using to support the emotional body and, as we warned, through the observation of the mental movement itself and the repercussion in the solar plexus; we apply the technique over and over again. The mind, then, continues to search and we continue to observe, and doing the same with the application of technique, –which is just the opposite of what the emotional body intends– until surrender occurs and we begin to present harmless thoughts - from which the emotional body cannot feed - on which we allow the mind to stay. It is then that we begin to take control, to truly free ourselves and to have access to an unlimited mind.
At this point, the resistances, which appeared so intensely at first, will gradually weaken, although they will continue to be present as long as the discomforts continue to appear.
The suggestions listed below are for reference because this technique is not strict, but open to everyone's creativity, with which each person can and should use their own initiative to practice it as best they can, whenever keep in mind the basic conditions. What works best is adapted to our way of conceiving or visualizing better because our mind will recognize as its own what it has contributed to creating.
