There are a multitude of useful techniques to get to know us and constantly rebuild our self-concept, increasingly connected to the essence of our Being.
Keep in mind that the only permanent thing is the state of change. We are vibration and we are in constant movement. Therefore, our self-concept is transforming at every moment.
