Acceptance

Acceptance is a concept that we must have deeply incorporated because it is the cornerstone on which this method is based. But in addition it is also for any other work system whose purpose is personal evolution and even if we do not treat ourselves consciously in any way, the fact of living with acceptance is already a complete mechanism of personal growth.

Acceptance means not classifying or judging, allowing life to explain itself to us, with the conviction that everything that happens makes sense even if we cannot understand it.

We should not confuse acceptance with passivity or stagnation because these last two words are synonymous with inactivity. Acceptance, on the contrary, must be an attitude of internal reinforcement in the face of adversity, without fleeing from the circumstances that appear to us, - because if we do so, we will be presented with a similar situation until we learn to transcend it - but without face it as a battle but as a test throughout the "game" in which we must turn life.

We have already commented that we should not confuse the concept of assuming with acceptance. It is essential to be clear about this approach because "assuming a disgrace" is not the same as "accepting a test"; It is not the same to have assumed that life is a valley of tears, than to accept that throughout life there are many obstacles or challenges to continue advancing. It is imperative that we free ourselves from all guilt as soon as possible and that we consider life more as a game than a punishment. By living in this way we will find simple answers to our "whys" and "whys" and we will fall less frequently into those mental mazes that steal so much energy from us and that are also part of the "game". But if our subconscious resists and insists on continuing to ask ourselves complicated questions, we must give it a simple answer from our new consciousness until it has completely integrated the new concepts. And I say simple because the mind, induced by the emotional body, is trickster and prone to entanglements and repetitive "chats".

In some way we will also be using acceptance, when we treat a hypothetical situation that causes us discomfort due to the fear it causes us, the mere fact of thinking, going through it. That is why we can also use this method to eliminate experiences without actually having to go through them. This would be like anticipating "plays" before they occur and thus eliminating their raison d'être. Well, there would be no point in being presented with a conflict for which we already have the solution. Fear, in this type of exercise, is used as a detector and our system of channeling and giving direction to Energy, as a mechanism of action. How are those tests discovered in advance? They are always hidden in the discomfort caused by the fear of going through them and if we manage to annihilate that fear, the need to go through the event in question will have been extinguished. How is fear removed? Giving Love Energy to discomfort. Simpler, impossible! And you might ask, So would we be loving our own fear? So is! We would be loving our life process and fear, in this case, would be collaborating, with his anticipated presence, to pave the way for us. That is why it is not so far-fetched that we also love that help device in which, in this case, fear can become. For fear also contains within itself the seed of its own destruction.

We have to accept and deal with the Energy of Love everything that comes our way, even if that is precisely our resistance to accept.

It is essential to treat yourself so that both concern and excessive desire decrease in intensity, transforming your useless energy consumption into an activity that creates goods, be it in the form of physical or mental action, and so that desire is presented only to the extent that we allow further progress. Well, when desire is in balance, it becomes a licit mobilizing motor that leads us to the aspiration of excellence, but accepting the situation we find ourselves in at that moment, as a means to achieve the good we all deserve.

Acceptance is also of vital importance when channeling Energy and directing it to a physical ailment, because as soon as we stop resisting and admit pain as part of the process we are going through, it decreases. However, the usual thing, when we have pain, is to want to run away from it, and in this way we intensify it, making it become a double ailment; that of pain itself and that of stress produced by the struggle to get rid of it. In that state we will not find space to deal with Energy. But as soon as we enter the attitude of acceptance, the mental space appears and we can channel and send Energy both to pain and to our desire for it to be extinguished.
